Dear Tri Sutto Team. Since one year I trained with the 16 week program and my progress was just amazing! Since 2008 I do triathlon and for half Ironman distance I was a good sub 5 hour athlete. Last Sunday I did Locarno just for training and I was on fire!!! Yesterday I still was able to do an 9:36:27 Ironman. Under the circumstances I had a perfect day. Swim I did personal best! Bike I did personal best! Run I did 3:33h (best was 3:31 but with a good knee!) I wanted to say thank you second best time for that great training plan. Thanks for the great training plan! I used your plan for the last 16 weeks and significantly improved in the swim and run. A no wetsuit swim at 52:30, down from 56:30 and the swim feels very easy at this pace!Mauro Baertsch

I have the trisutto 16 week advanced half iron plan and would like to say it's hands down the best plan I've used. I have been coached one on one for the past 7 years and just needed to step away for a bit and have to say the "canned" plan is fantastic and I'm enjoying a bit of autonomy right now!
