Create Custom Products
Team admins can create custom products to sell to their athletes. Here is how it's done.
Coach FAQ
You can always find a list of all the athletes that are paying for a monthly subscription. Here are the steps:

  • Click on your name in the top right corner
  • Click on 'Finance'
  • You now see a list of all your athletes with an active subscription
Any athlete can sign up to your team. If you, for some reason, do not want to show a specific athlete on your team page do the following

  • Click on the user you want to hide
  • You will now see their profile page
  • Click on the 'Hide' button
Here is a bit of important information on how billing works for athletes.

  • Your athlete needs to sign up the day they start being coached.
  • It's a minimum 1-month subscription, which means there are no refund for cancelling part way through the month.
  • Athletes need to ensure they cancel coaching before the end of the month if they're not continuing.
  • An athletes credit card will attempt to be charged 5 times before the 15th before their subscription is cancelled.
  • An admin fee will apply if processing a refund
  • An automatic email is sent when athletes sign up and cancels subscriptions

You can find all available coaches by clicking this link. Once you have found the coach you want to work with, simply click on the profile and sign up.
You can change your credit card information in your 'Finance' section. Log in to your profile, click your name in the in the top right corner and click 'Finance'.
You can cancel your subscription from the finance section of your profile.

Creating a user is as easy as navigating to the team you wish to join and click 'Sign up' in the navigation menu.
