  • Injuries – prevention, treatment, athlete mentality and training around or through them.
  • Race execution – strategy for the individual athlete and season goals.

Location and Accommodation
All training will be conducted from Alberca Municipal de Cosumel, using the pool as a base for the morning sessions.

Cozumel serves as the home of Ironman 70.3 Cozumel and Ironman Cozumel races. The island offers very nice accommodations at affordable rates. The tropical climate of Cozumel offers a Winter respite from the colder temperatures usually experienced in the Northern Hemisphere in late January. The swimming pool and running track are outstanding training facilities. Cozumel is directly accessible from most Southeastern US major airports in about two hours or less.

Recommended:  Hotel Cozumel and Resort
http://www.hotelcozumel.com.mx/

We recommend this hotel as we will begin our bike rides from this point since it on the outer perimeter of town and we won’t have to ride through downtown. It is approximately 150 meters from the main grocery store on the island, and about 1 mile from the pool and track facility.

Budget Hotel:  B & B Caribo
This is now an Extended Stay Hotel with budget weekly rates.

Whats included?
  • All swim, bike and run coaching
  • Pre-camp questionnaire
  • Unlimited access to coaches during the camp

Thank you for the excellent camp in in St. Moritz. My main goal was to learn and gather inspiration and ideas on how to improve my training and racing. The camp perfectly fullfilled my expectations and I loved the pragmatic coahing / training approach which is based on decades of experience and focuses on what really matters. The format allowed us to immediately translate the learnings into action and receive direct feedback from the excellent coaches. I would recommend these camps to anybody who is ready to challenge status quo and try out new things that have the potential to significantly improve performance. Pablo
